4 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
¼ cup minced yellow onion
¼ cup minced green onion
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until completely combined.
