It was announced in March 2016 that a new marketplace would open at the intersection of Kuykendahl and Spring Stuebner. Currently, stores such as Target, Burlington Coat Factory, and Ulta Beauty are now open; however, more construction is still in process. Hobby Lobby and Academy have confirmed plans to open late July or August, 2017. Additionally, the Grand Parkway Marketplace will feature a second shopping center, across the street of Spring Stuebner, called Grand Parkway Marketplace II.
The Grand Parkway Marketplace shopping centers feature soon to open Mama Fu’s, Ross, Palace Nails & Spa, Emler Swim School, Smoothie King, Eye Trends, Smashburger, Marco’s Pizza, Tune Up, Starbucks Coffee, Blue Salon Studios, Chipotle, The Vitamin Shoppe, Great American Cookie and Marble Slab, TJ Maxx, and Lovett Dental.
