INGREDIENTS
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper then add to skillet. Sauté until almost cooked through, about 7 minutes. Add seasonings, tossing to cover chicken and continue cooking until cooked through, 3 minutes more.
- Build tacos: In tortillas layer in chicken, red onion, tomato, cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
