George Mitchell Nature Preserve
This beautiful set of trails is located at Flintridge Drive Trailhead, The Woodlands, TX, and its location isn’t the only thing we love about it. Let the local nature take you on an adventure while you bike, jog, or stroll along any number of pathways. George Mitchell Nature Preserve is a stunning 1,800-acre preserve, and connects to the adjacent forest known as the Spring Creek Greenway. With miles and miles of trail, it’s easy to forget the worries of life as you travel this preserve! This is easily one of the best trails in The Woodlands, TX!
Creekside Campout – open for the Fall Season
This campsite not only has miles of hiking trails for you and your family, but an overnight camping option! In a new location, The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, the experience of enjoying the outdoors is special at Creekside Campout. Fee for entry includes dinner, breakfast, snacks and all activities. Just don’t forget to bring your own tent and sleeping bags! Your friends and family will love spending a cool Texas evening under the stars in the open field, just like camping out in your yard as a kid!
